Item Description
Each is 3.5x7". First features jugate image of candidates with caption "Tilden And Hendricks". Their images are set in a skeleton leaves motif. Mount is stamped "W.B. Miles, Photographer, 486 Main St. Springfield, Mass." Second is a street view featuring a large hanging banner that reads "Economy & Reform For President Samuel J. Tilden For Vice President Thomas A. Hendricks". Street features a hanging American flag and several horse drawn carriages. Mount is imprinted "Centennial Views Q. W. Horton, Photographer" and "Grand Rapids Michigan July 4, 1876". Both have trivial handling wear to mounts. Small cluster of black dots at lower right of street view was dirt now removed. Near Exc.
