7" long. Listed as JAG-12 in Sullivan/Fischer. Additional text includes "Washington, March 4, 1881". Light fade of color at bottom where tassels are attached. Otherwise only scattered tiny dots of toning and a pin hole at top center. A striking and scarce ribbon. Fine.
