Cover artist Jim Mooney adds a seldom seen cover element to this book, a woman helping the Dynamic Duo. Dick Prang and Martin Naydell contribute interior art. The pages are off-white. This is also the first appearance and origin of Pow Wow Smith. According to the CGC Census, this is the highest graded copy they have seen. It is also recognized as belonging to the Mile High Pedigree.
