Item Description
The cover is the only comic artwork that Hal Foster ever did specifically for comics. The book consists of strip reprints. The title is one of the earliest success stories in comics. It lasted for 57 issues until it was canceled in 1948. With this issue the title went to 68 pages and also published color reprints for the first time. The pages are off-white. According to the CGC Census, this is the third highest graded copy they have seen. It is also recognized as belonging to the Carson City Pedigree.
