Item Description
With 100 pages of reprints this issue comes from the beginning of the comic industry as we know it today. Many consider the first issue the first regular comic-sized annual. Superman’s creators Siegel and Shuster contribute a Doctor Occult piece that showcases the hero in a costume that is considered a Superman prototype. The interior has a large piece out on the 36th and 37th page which affects the story. The pages are light tan to off-white.
