Item Description
. Two 11” X 14” lobby cards for the Universal Pictures serial of 1938. Cards are for Chapter 7 “Prisoner of Mongo” and Chapter 14 “A Beast at Bay,” which also includes original 11.75” X 15” brown paper envelope with “Flash Gordon’s Trip to Mars” text and notation of chapter 14 “A Beast a Bay” on envelope. Each card features nice image of Buster Crabbe as Flash Gordon, one with him rescuing girl in forest and other with him fighting. Cards have some moderate wear and soiling with most wear concerning pin holes in each corner. Chapter 7 has 11.75” diagonal crease which does not really detract from image. Cards are VG/FN. Envelope has some wear at edges but is still FN.
