Item Description
6.25" tall tin litho with built-in key. Has patent date of 1921. Toy depicts black man pushing boardwalk chair with text on roof including "Rollo-Chair/Riding On The Boardwalk." Left side of chair has 3 paint scratches 1/8" to .5" in length. Chair is o/w Exc. Figure has all-over light scattered paint aging with some tiny paint nicks, VF. Toy works.
