3.5" showing the "First Lady" of state politics Genevieve Blatt. In 1964 she lost to Hugh Scott. No pin on reverse plus a pair of tiny 1/8" cello splits along metal back. One makes barely visible hairline bump on right edge when viewed from front. Cello o/w NM.
