Item Description
1.5" diameter with silvered metal front and back joined together like a coin. From the side edges, both a knife blade and a file blade pull out. One blade is marked "D. Perez Solingen, Germany." Front shows Wilson with tiny U.S. patent registration text and larger text slogan "Let Justice And Progress Go Hand In Hand." Reverse has large front view of "The White House." Only the most minor wear traces. c. 1916. NM.
