.75x3x8.25" pencil boxes are c.1940s with one in blue color and one in brown color with silver outlined embossed image of Superman flying with his name at lower right. Third variety is reddish with blue image with Superman image cropped differently at feet. Each textured paper-covered cardboard box has snap closure on front. No contents. Blue box has scattered lt. wear around edges, one dent on bottom edge and a blue stain throughout, most likely spilled ink. VG.
