This is "Superman And The Submarine" puzzle, red lid featuring bw image of puzzle that depicts Superman underwater lifting submarine as seen on the cover of "Action Comics" #15. Two side panels feature great image of Superman sprinting. Box lid has some wear/creasing at corners and scattered lt. dust soiling. One side and one end panel have small loss of surface paper but box retains its shape and is Fine overall. Puzzle has assembled size of 12x16" and is complete. Pieces show lt. wear at edges/corners but are o/w Exc. Franco Toscanini Collection.
