Item Description
Pair of single-sided 4.25x5.75" hand-outs for "Be In" event that took place at Central Park in New York City Easter Sunday, March 26, 1967. Both features same design by noted artist Peter Max, each bearing his small name along center right. This is from early in Max's career, and his psychedelic stylings are on full display, w/one hand-out printed in magenta/green while the other is printed in gradated orange/blue. Hand-outs note "Bring Picnic." Backs of each have tiny handwritten "1967" date in pencil at bottom right. Scattered aging, which is more evident along thin white margin at right of orange/blue hand-out, which is o/w VF. Magenta/green hand-out is Exc.
