14-1/8x19.75" first printing for Oct. 7-8, 1966 concerts at Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA that featured Big Brother & The Holding Company, Jim Kweskin Jug Band and Electric Train. Art by Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley features Art Nouveau woman by Alphonse Mucha w/cigarette in hand. Faint horizontal crease runs across bottom and poster shows scattered lt. handling/aging. VF.
