14x21-1/16" first and only printing for Oct. 11-14, 1968 Haight-Ashbury Medical Clinic benefit concerts at Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco, CA that featured Jefferson Airplane, The Charlatans and Blue Cheer. Design by Bonnie MacLean features stylized psychedelic portrait photos of each band by Herb Greene. Scattered corner tip wear w/faint .75" vertical crease at lower right. VF.
