14x21" second printing for Oct. 27-29, 1967 concerts at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA that featured Quicksilver Messenger Service, The Sons Of Champlin and Taj Mahal. Art by Rick Griffin is presented in a comic strip format depicting a Mickey Mouse-like character in four panels, speaking a strange language. "Family Dog" logo appears in one panel being dipped into water. Some minor corner tip wear but Exc.
