Item Description
14x22" window card for June 11, 1960 concert that took place at the Chestnut Street Roller Palace in Rochester, NY featuring Lloyd Price, an R&B vocalist known as "Mr. Personality," after one of his hit songs. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998. Window card features large photo image of Price along w/promotional text "The Star Of Stars" and also notes him as "Creator Of 'Personality, Stagger Lee, Come Into My Heart'" songs. Price's first recording "Lawdy Miss Clawdy" is also mentioned. Printed by Murray Poster Printing Co., Inc. of New York, NY. Window card shows moderate handling wear w/3.75" tear at upper left, handling creases and tiny age spotting to white areas of card. Pinholes at corners and along margins. VG/Fine.
