Item Description
5-1/8x21" painted .75" thick wooden plank thermometer for the "National Barber School" by Dorfmann Bros. as noted by stamped text on back. 1920s. Thermometer advertising text includes "Learn The Trade And Always Have Work" w/school name/address at bottom. Working glass thermometer tube w/metal guards. Top center has added hole at "Always" text w/noticeable wear to surface. Painted surface of wood plank shows some scattered aging/wear. Fine overall.
