Story by Irene Ray (pseudonym for Margaret Sutton, author of the Judy Bolton books). Art by Charles Mueller. "Don O'Dare Finds War" is Whitman #1438, ©1940. BTLB features alternating text pages and single panel pictures. Story by Gaylord DuBois. Art by Erwin L. Hess. Both w/minor cover wear from handling over the years, but still high grade file copies and never fully opened. Kay Darcy has some scattered rubs to cover while Don O'Dare has even aging to cover.
