Item Description
First at 1.25" is rare real photo button with first seen 3.25" "Mayor's Reception Committee" ribbon. Issued for 1928 for first east to west Trans-Atlantic flight and showing Von Huenefeld, Fitzmauirce, and Koehl. Ribbon VF and button Mint. Next is scarce real photo 1.25" button picturing Lindbergh from 1927. Union bug back stamp. Exc. displaying Mint. Last is scarce button for Wrong Way Corrigan issued in 1938 after he defied authorities and took off from Brooklyn on approved western flight, but instead crossed the Atlantic to Ireland. Button, in symbolic Irish green reads, "Come Again/Pat. Corrigan". Dot at base of his tie was dirt now gone. Exc. displaying Mint.
