Item Description
Early 19x25" poster for Cincinnati, OH wartime machine manufacturer features allegorical image of worker using lathe, his sheared scraps transforming into bombshell that tears through Japanese flag and Nazi swastika. Poster has "Springer" artist facsimile signature at lower right and was printed for factory display c. 1942. Vertical crease at right w/crease at upper right corner. Still displays VF as linen-mounted. Scarce.
