Item Description
Will Eisner. While technically NN, this is the very first issue in a weekly comic book series. This historic Sunday comic section was distributed by various newspapers and other sources and introduced Eisner's classic crimefighter The Spirit. This section featured the character's origin as well as the first appearance of Lady Luck and Mr. Mystic. This was later reprinted in "Police Comics" #11. Eisner and Bob Powell art. First wrap completely split. Two extra staples added, not manufacturing. Brittle pages. Historic and rare in any condition.
