Item Description
Pair of 2.5" tall cast metal figures by Timpo/Model Toys Ltd. England 1950s. Original boxes have applied paper labels that list company name and also "Historical Figures As Shown In The Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Cinemascope Picture The Adventures Of Quentin Durward." Labels have bits of missing surface paper and slight tear. Boxes have creases and grease pencil price marking on rear of one. Fine. The figures are highly-detailed and hand-painted with removable accessories and real feather plumes in their hats. From a set (as listed on included original figure list advertising paper) of 11 and these are: Lanzknechet with cross bow standing and William De La Marck with sword standing. Just a few minute paint nicks here and there. Exc.
