4.5" tall. Before the Pez heads are made from molds, resin sculpts are produced. Many of these sculpts are not painted, however, this particular sculpt has been nicely painted and detailed. Head has a few tiny paint rubs, only noticeable when viewed closely. NM. Unique. Obtained from a former Pez employee.
