7.25x10.25" on "Harry S. Truman Federal Reserve Bank Building Kansas City" stationery dated July 13, 1953. Truman writes to Max Steiner thanking him for handling a banquet at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington DC. Signed boldly at conclusion in black fountain pen ink "Harry Truman." Two horizontal mailing folds otherwise only minor handling. NM. Comes w/Hake's COA and JAS/LOA.
