10.5x14.25" w/Harris & Ewing copyright at lower left. Photo of the Vinson Supreme Court, c. 1946-1949, signed boldly in black fountain pen in lower margin by all nine Justices: Fred M. Vinson, Hugo L. Black, Stanley Reed, Felix Frankfurter, William O. Douglas, Frank Murphy, Robert H. Jackson, Wiley Rutledge, and Harold Burton. Brown paper tape remnant on reverse at top center not affecting front. Otherwise only a few pin point dots of age toning in margin at top left and light handling wear. Exc. Comes w/Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
