Item Description
This piece is missing the top bar pin which had his name. The 1" brass medallion reads "Flight Commander" and features a propeller, cross and wing design. Reverse reads "Awarded For Distinguished Service Capt. Midnight." Front has nice remaining luster showing only a little wear. Reverse has some small lines of luster loss off the bottom third. From 1942.
