1" oval, unfortunately missing the vertical bar pin from the reverse. Front has beautifully colored celluloid insert surrounded by tiny scalloped rim edge. Back has yellowish glue over the surface but with magnification can be read as "Tweer & Turok Ludenscheid." We had a rectangular badge from this same company a few auctions ago. This is the only example we've seen of this piece and the front displays Exc. with just a pinpoint white rub on the letter "R" of "TARZAN." We would date conservatively as 1950s but could easily be much earlier. Rare.
