13.25x16.25" with name panel on lower rim.  See McKinley mate #38.  Moderate small paint chips on extreme outer rim.  Image extremely clean and glossy with just a few tiny paint marks or rubs on bkg.  On the blank reverse, there is a 2x6" area where the otherwise blue paint has streak of white paint.  Front displays VF.  Much less wear than is typical.  No maker's name.
