1.75" w/W&H back paper depicts large figure of beautiful young woman in dance costume wearing black eye mask. Around the lower perimeter are five men in clown costumes and a sixth man as a devil. Issued for "Sept. 14-15-16." No year shown but we've seen a different text version w/1898 date. Exc., displays Mint. Only one seen w/this text.
