2" tall die-cut stiff fabric designed to replicate a folded shirt with paper label across center "I'd Give My Shirt For Willkie." Held by staple is rwb fabric ribbon with brass bar pin at top. Typical dust soil on fabric, w/ small area of thinness on red stripe of ribbon. VF. See matching FDR.
