Item Description
3.5x5.5" postcard from 1974 TCMA series of 36 features photo of Pittsburgh Pirates legend Lloyd Waner (1906-1982) in Pirates uniform and has been signed in blue ink, Waner adding "Regards" inscription. Postcard has lt. even aging and lt. corner bumps. VF/Exc. Comes w/JSA COA.
Known as "Little Poison" (as his brother and fellow Pirates teammate Paul Waner was known as "Big Poison"), Waner played w/the Pirates 1927-1941 and was a 1938 All-Star. Inducted into the National Baseball HOF in 1967.
