11" long overall w/2.25" cello. James Spencer & Co. back paper (Philadelphia). Striking real photo sepia portrait of Roosevelt. "Member" designation on hanger. Waving flags sewn into ribbon above cello. Only minor even aging on ribbon along bottom, otherwise only light wear and handling. Overall Exc. A beautiful and impressive badge.
