17" long w/union bug at bottom. Light blue text on yellow ribbon. Elephant at top. Dated August 17, 1940, from Willkie's notification ceremony in Elwood, IN. A few pin holes scattered along the top, otherwise light surface wear and handling. Extremely Fine. John Gearhart Collection.
