3.5". Cardboard reverse w/elongated "U" shaped wire to fit over a pocket edge. There is no maker's name. There are a pair of air spots each about 1/8" diameter, at the base of his neck and another on his bow tie. Otherwise light scattered wear in reflected light. Still Exc.
