This ring is accepted in the premium hobby as a Buck Rogers issue c. 1953 as it was issued at the time when Sylvania television held a Buck Rogers license and they used the character extensively to promote their introduction of the Sylvania Halo light televisions. Premium creator Sam Gold provided the Sylvania/Buck Rogers give-aways. Ring base is brass and adjustable w/company "S" logo on each side. Ring top has pair of lightning bolts flanking a high relief plastic light bulb replica which glows brightly in the dark. Bulb surface is marked with their full name as well as an "S" logo, both detailed in black coloring which near complete and much more than on most examples. Gorgeous full brass luster on the ring base shows trivial wear upon magnification. NM and as nice as any example we have ever seen or offered. Rare in this high grade. Robert M.
