Item Description
1.25" w/ W&H back paper. Portraits slightly off center. Otherwise only light wear. Exc. as made. Sulzer was a Congressman from New York and went on to serve as Governor of New York after his election in 1912. He was impeached and removed from office in 1913. Larry Brokofsky Collection.
