1.5" w/ union bug at 12 o'clock. Serial number "22". Additional text along bottom reads "First Ward-St. Paul". Stassen ran for re-election for Governor of Minnesota in 1940. He was victorious in his campaign, while Willkie was defeated by FDR. A seldom offered coattail. Larry Brokosfky Collection.
