Item Description
Grant is 4.5x7.5". Greeley is 5.5x8".  Grant is from New Hampshire w/graphic of a standing Miss Liberty holding olive branches in each hand over circular portraits of Grant and Wilson w/a banner at bottom reading "Let Us Have Peace" and listing five candidates 'For Presidential Electors." Tear along the left edge at the bottom w/ scattered edge tearing and areas of loss. Good. Greeley ballot is from Massachusetts and features portrait of Greeley in center w/ Lady Justice and Lady Liberty on either side. Bottom of ballot has been trimmed and there is moderate edge wear. Otherwise moderate handling. Fine. A nice 1872 ballot pair.
