6" long overall w/ horizontal pin on reverse. Produced by A. G. Trimble. Dated October 13, 1953. From Eisenhower's first birthday as President. Light wear on badge w/ a few trivial spots and light handling on ribbon. Extremely Fine. Eisenhower was fond of the Keystone State and had a home outside of Gettysburg. John Pendergrass Collection.
