Tiny cello split on back curl at 12 o'clock that is stable and does not affect display. Otherwise only minor wear. Extremely Fine. The Black Independent Alliance was a Philadelphia-based group established in the 1960s, which named Cecil B. Moore as its president in 1968. Moore was also the president of the Philadelphia chapter of the NAACP and served as a member of the Philadelphia City Council during the 1970s.
