Item Description
1.5" w/ union bug on curl at 6 o'clock. Only minor surface wear. Glossy. NM. Watkins was a podiatrist and civil rights advocate in Harlem. He was dubbed the honorary mayor of Harlem, and was a powerful figure in the community during the 1960s and 1970s. He passed away in 1995.
