Item Description
7/8". Goff was a lawyer who served in several roles at the Department of Justice before being elected to the U.S. Senate from West Virginia in 1924. He was a favorite son of his home state, receiving 18 votes on the first ballot at the 1928 Republican convention. Glossy w/ strong contrast and only light wear. Exc.
