8.5" long overall w/1"highly domed cello. Designations on hanger read "Democratic National Committee" and "Member". Dated August 7, 1920. For the official notification ceremony held in Dayton, Ohio. Moderate wear on ribbon, most notably some surface loss along the bottom edge. Faint scattered spotting on portrait cello. Overall VF. Bob Westerman Collection.
