2.5x6" on stock. Striking portraits of Truman and Barkley on front w/date of the 1949 inauguration on reverse. Designated for "President's Stand 1", which was reserved for Cabinet members, the Supreme Court, and for U.S. Senators, members of Congress, and various Governors.
