7" tall conjoined ribbons with top reverse holding a cloth square anchoring an 1896 style safety pin. The maroon and orange fabrics are each printed with the words and simulated fringe in bright silver. Ribbon is undated but the Reading Times for September 28, 1896 reports the previous Saturday over 2,500 people "many of them ladies" were attracted to the "Electric Wheelmen's Races".
