Item Description
1.75" with W&H paper used only 1901-1912. Paper has penciled name and date of 1910. Front text reads "When In Doubt Telephone And Find Out/Pioneer." This is only the fourth example we've seen of this design and it differs slightly from the version pictured in Hake's Collectible Pin-Back Buttons. The book example shows the Bastian Bros. version w/the lady's hair black and black telephone receiver at her ear whereas on this both her hair and the receiver are brown along with small differences in her dress. The colors are also deeper on this W&H version. Glossy and Exc. Rare.
