Item Description
7.75" tall. c. 1800-1808. Striking transfer of a facing Jefferson, eyes fixed on the viewer w/credit along lower arch "J. Hopwood sculpt./For J. Wyld". Transfer glows under blacklight. All over restoration to clean and likely fill small cracks. Fine. The seamless nature of the work leave the piece displaying beautifully. Can be paired w/a known Washington.
