Item Description
8.5" tall. c. 1859. Molded earthen wear. Features equestrian portrait of "Gen Taylor" under spout. Likely produced by a potter in the East Liverpool, OH region where this brown glaze method was in use by many of the nearly 200 firms in the area responsible for producing as much as 50% of the ceramics in the US.
