2-5/8x4-3/8" on stock. Dated July 4, 1868. Held at the Tammany Hall society headquarters on East 14th Street between Third and Fourth Avenue in Manhattan. Moderate edge wear and handling, most notably a small area of loss on bottom left corner. Diagonal crease in bottom right corner. Fine. Rare.
