13.5" long overall. Fan is 6.25x9". When held normally, portrait of Taft is seen; when held upside down, portrait of Roosevelt is depicted. Reverse has advertising text for "Howes Highlands" grocery market. Some minor edge wear seen on reverse, otherwise only light scattered wear. Still Exc. Rex & Patti Stark Collection.
